Made to eradicate leakage of powdered products that are so fine in their consistency that they would leak through the seams of a standard bulk bag. A rope or braided yarn-like filler cord is sewn into a seam to seal up the stitches and prevent the escape of powders.
PPCYPL offers Dust Proofing ( Filler Cord ) on bags with Chain Stitch or Over Lock Stitch depending on the application and can be custom designed as per requirements:
- Single Dust Proofing (on one side of a seam only)
- Double Dust Proofing (on both sides of a seam)
- Triple Dust Proofing (Filler cord on both sides of the seam and felt / webbing between the layers of fabric being sewn together)
